Hello,
<time you bought the home> <I/we> purchased a new home in
your <location of home>. At the time, the property seemed
perfect, and <I/we> <was/were> thrilled to buy a new home
that was, supposedly, in perfect condition.
However, since the close of the sale, many problems have arisen which
should not be appearing in a brand-new home. <description>
These sort of problems should not be occurring in a new home that was
built with any standards of quality. Please contact me immediately to
discuss repairs. I trust you will give this matter your full attention.
