Hello,

I became a customer of <company name> <time you became a
customer>. Since that time, I have noticed that Websites that load
fairly quickly on other computers <location> load very slowly
through your network. It’s getting to be a real problem.

I own a <kind of computer>, so I don’t believe that the speed of
my hardware is at fault. I think that with the increasing use of
animation, audio and video, and elaborate graphics on the Internet,
<company name>’s system is just too slow.

I would like to remain a customer, but only if <company name> is
taking action to speed up the connections and decrease load time.
Please contact me and let me know what steps, if any, are being taken.
Thank you for your time.

Regards,

Hello,

I became a customer of <company name> <time you became a
customer>, and have had no problems with your
<Internet/online> service. However, I have been taking a look at
my bill recently, and <company name>’s service seems to be much
more expensive than the competition. I would like to know why this is
the case.

Most online services charge <typical fee>. My fees for using
<company name>, however, have been reaching <fee you’ve been
paying> per month, which seems excessive.

I would like some explanation of your pricing structure and why you
feel you need to <online company action>. Please contact me and
provide me with that information. I would like to remain a customer of
<company name>, but I need information to make the proper
decision.

Thank you for your time.

Hello,

I became a customer of <company name> <time you became a
customer>, and have had no problems with your
<Internet/online> service. However, I recently tried to access
Web sites dealing with <subject matter> and was told that the
system would access those kind of sites. This seems to be censorship,
plain and simple.

I am an adult, and completely capable of deciding what material I want
to see and what material I wish to avoid. Since there are many software
products available now which allow parents to control what areas of the
Web their children can view, there seems to be no reason why
<company name> should need to censor its service.

Please contact me and explain why you feel the need to censor what your
customers may see online. I will use this information to decide whether
or not I wish to remain a customer of <company name>. Thank you
for your time.

Hello,

I became a customer of <company name> <time you became a
customer>, and have had no problems with your
<Internet/online> service. However, I recently realized that
whenever I have had problems with the service in the past, I have
<never/rarely> been able to speak to a customer service or
technical support person at <company name> because they are
always busy.

<description>

I’m thrilled that <company name> is growing so fast, but don’t
you think you should be adding customer service and tech support staff
to handle the additional customers? I would like to speak with someone
to discuss how this problem may be handled and to find out how I can
get the help I need when I need it. Please contact me at your earliest
convenience. Thank you.

Regards,

I became a customer of <company name> <time you became a
